Book Tuesday: Top Books of 2015

Like last year, I thought I would try and narrow down my top ten favorite books of 2015.  And like last year, there was no way I could narrow it down to 10 books.

What?! I read over 100 books this year! You try narrowing them down to 10…

I might also have grouped a series together and counted it as one…

  • Lion Heart (Scarlet #3) by A.C. Gaughen (but really this whole freaking series)
Let’s not discuss my obsession love for Robin Hood.  It runs deep.  This book/series just took it to a whole new level.
  • Neanderthal Seeks Human (Knitting in the City #1) by Penny Reid (But really this whole series and anything else she writes)
I accidentally stumbled on this series and I’m so glad I did.  I loved this book and the rest that followed.  I’ve read practically all her other series now as well and you should too.
  • Shadow Scale (Seraphina #2) by Rachel Hartman
I enjoyed the first book in this series, but this one completely blew me away.  Loved this new Fantasy adventure!

  • The Winner’s Curse and The Winner’s Crime (The Winner’s Trilogy #1 and #2) by Marie Rutkoski
THIS ENTIRE SERIES.  IT WILL DESTROY YOU.  Go read it.
  • Burned (Fever #7) by Karen Marie Moning
Oh the plot twist! and the Cliffy! and just this whole series.  Promise me you’ll read it? Yea? Ok, good.

  • The Wild Seasons Series by Christina Lauren
This whole series.  Loved, loved, loved it.  I can’t believe I never reviewed it on the blog! The fourth one will be reviewed.  I promise.

  • Truthwitch (The Witchlands #1) by Susan Dennard
Snuck in just in the nick of time and I’m so glad that it did! I loved this tale of two best friends saving the world.

So I stayed pretty close to ten right? Kinda?
