We made it! The ADAM 31 Day Challenge is done!
How did you do? Considering I had the plague for the first few days of it, I’m actually quite proud of how I did! Here are my results from this past week!
Day 22:

I decided to try out some of my Pinterest workouts this week! This one was awesome!
Day 23:

Another Pinterest workout!
Day 24:
A sweaty, but great 4 mile run 🙂
Day 25:
I went zip lining! Believe me I was working up a sweat walking to each line!
Day 26:

Pinterest workout. I had to modify the burpees though cause of my vertigo. Totally fine though! You should always do workouts that you feel comfortable doing 🙂
Day 27:
The first day of BEA (I’ll have a recap for you soon!). I was walking a crazy amount and hauling tons of heavy books around for 3 days! This first day I literally RAN to make it in time for a signing.
Day 28:
Day 3 of BEA!
Day 29:
Last day of BEA!
Day 30:

I had tried going for a run this morning before my friend’s shower, but it didn’t happen. I did this when I got back though! I’ve done this Pinterest workout before and it’s a doozy!
Day 31:

Zumba!!
Results: -0.4
Total: -4.7
I’ll take it!
I’m thinking about doing another one of these challenges, or maybe posting some of my workouts on Fridays as a Fitness Friday segment…What do you think?
